Financial Policies

A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 is due with each application.

Upon acceptance, a one-month’s tuition is required and will be applied to the May tuition or the student’s last month’s tuition.

Tuition payments are due on the first day of each month, September through April. A $15.00 late fee will be charged to any account that is not paid by the 5th working day of the month. Failure to make payment by the 15th day of the month constitutes withdrawal of the student from school.

A written notice, received one month in advance, is required for withdrawal from school for any reason. Failure to give such notice will result in forfeiture of any prepaid tuition. Notice of early withdrawal from school must be given in writing by March 1st. Families failing to give such notice will be held responsible for tuition through the remainder of the school year.

Tuition is computed on a yearly basis and divided into 9 equal monthly payments. Monthly payments do not cover specific numbers of days in each month.
